In addition we support when discharged from hospital and can give you an extra hand as you recovery and re-learn daily activities.

Supported Living
Supported living accomodation enables clients to take control of their lives and reduces the reliance on residential care.
Clients are tenants in their own home either on their own or with a group of people and receive support from our service that they need to live independently.
This may be 24hrs a day or a few hours a day dependant on the individuals needs.
We have specialist skills in supporting adults with mental health diagnosis and neurodivergent needs.
